Areas
Grapevine, district by district
Grapevine is compact but varied. We group the city into a handful of areas by the kind of property found there — not a wall of subdivision names. Neighboring cities like Southlake, Colleyville and Coppell are separate municipalities.
Why we organize by area
Historic downtown buildings, established neighborhoods, lake-area homes and large commercial corridors each come with different access, parking and scheduling needs. Each area page explains what to expect and which services fit best.
Not sure which area you are in?
Text your address and photos to get a price range. Some addresses with a Grapevine mailing address sit in neighboring cities; we will confirm when you reach out.
