Terms of service

Services are provided by XB Junk Solutions LLC.

Pricing

Prices on this site are starting prices. The final price is confirmed with you before loading (residential) or in a written scope before work begins (commercial). Photo-based ranges are estimates.

Excluded items

We do not accept hazardous materials, chemicals, fuel, asbestos, biohazards or medical waste, and electrical, plumbing, HVAC or gas disconnection is not provided. Demolition and tear-out are not included in standard junk-removal pricing; any demolition scope must be evaluated and quoted separately.

Access

Customers are responsible for providing safe access and confirming they have authority to dispose of the items. For historic properties, demolition and exterior changes are the owner's responsibility to clear with the City of Grapevine.

Scheduling

Same-day service depends on availability and is not guaranteed.
